We recommend you reserve ahead in order to guarantee the items you want. Maximum rental duration is two days.

Prices include delivery and installation in the Greater Victoria area. Delivery charges apply to Gulf Islands, East Sooke and Sooke.

**IMPORTANT** Please contact Centra Gas to locate underground utilities prior to tent installation. This is a free service. Phone 1-800-474-6886 or 388-6944 for 24 hour calling. Allow at least three working days notice. It is your responsibility to mark the location of any irrigation lines or septic fields on your property that we should be aware of before our set-up crew arrives. We are not responsible for any damages to irrigation lines or septic field. You are also required to obtain any permits that may be needed for your event. Please plan ahead and ask for advice if you are not sure.

Additional fees may be quoted for tents set-up on asphalt, concrete, gravel, decks or extremely hard packed surfaces requiring drilled pilot holes for anchors.

Deliveries
· All deliveries are tailgate drop off from a cube van accessible location. For any deliveries requiring special unloading or handling to another location ( up stairs, over decks or long hauls etc. ) additional charges may apply.
· Our company is not responsible for damages to water, gas or sprinkler lines systems. It is your responsibility to have these clearly marked.
· Area where tent is to be set must be clear of all tables, chairs and any animal waste.

Rules
· Do not staple pin or nail anything to canvas
· Do not let bare bulbs touch the canvas as it will burn and if using outdoor heaters please keep a minimum distance of two feet from canvas sides.
· No tape or glue to be used on canvas. (EXTRA CHARGES WILL APPLY FOR REMOVAL)
· Barbeques are not to be placed under tents as soot and grease will stain and adhere to the material. We suggest placing the barbeque on the down wind side of the tent.
· No outdoor fires at any time during tent rental. *UPDATE 2006*
· Tents are not to be moved or altered after installation and you will be responsible for any damages, claims or loss caused as a result of this.

Pick up
· At scheduled day of striking tents all decorations, tables and chairs must be removed from underneath tents in order for us to take them down. A minimum charge of $100.00 will be applied to your credit card or damage deposit if we have to move these in order for us to take down the tents
· Maximum Rental Duration is two days.

Cancellation
· Please remember that when a tent is booked for you it is not available for anyone else so if cancellation occurs for any reason your deposit will be forfeited unless given 30 days notice prior to your event.
· Balance is due two weeks before delivery date and is non –refundable if cancelled less than 14 days prior to delivery date.

LOSS OR DAMAGE TO ANY RENTAL EQUIPMENT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY FROM TIME OF DROP-OFF TO TIME OF PICK-UP.
